These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use bareit.com.au or bareit.au (the "Site") or buy from us. The Site is operated by Styllvia Luxe Pty Ltd (ABN 85 690 037 533), trading as Bare it ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 18, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You agree to give accurate information and to keep your account login secure.
You must not misuse the Site. This includes interfering with its security, scraping content, uploading harmful code, or using it for anything unlawful.

3. Products, sizing and colours

We do our best to describe and photograph our swimwear accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements in our size guide may vary slightly between styles. If you're unsure about fit, please contact us before ordering. Our Refund Policy explains exchanges.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Orders to New Zealand may attract import duties or taxes in New Zealand, which are the customer's responsibility.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Buy-now-pay-later services such as Afterpay are provided by third parties under their own terms.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if:

a product is out of stock;
we suspect fraud; or
there is a pricing or description error.

6. Shipping, risk and title

Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy, which sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it is your own, honest and lawful content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it on our Site and marketing, with your first name only. We may moderate or remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product, but we won't remove a review just because it is negative.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise. They have no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders, and may have their own conditions or expiry dates.

10. Intellectual property

"Bare it" is a registered trade mark of Styllvia Luxe Pty Ltd (Australian Trade Mark No. 2582019). All content on the Site, including logos, images, text and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment providers, couriers and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and they have their own terms.

12. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 1 and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to one of the following, at our option:
