Refund policy

We want you to love your Bare it swimwear. If something isn't right, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and the hygiene liner still attached. For hygiene reasons, items without the liner cannot be accepted.

Cost: Returns are free within Australia, and your first size exchange is on us.

How to return: Log in to your account and select the order, or email support@bareit.com.au with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.

Faulty items: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll provide a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
